Little help

Hi iv only had my 08 type r about a month and have noticed that around the aux belt area it makes like a crackling sound when engine is running could it be a pulley, the top idler pulley looks brand new but the tensioner pulley looks bit old and the bolt seems to be rounded off a bit does anyone know where I can get a tensioner pulley bolt from.
Also when it comes to re mapping do I need to buy another ecu like hondata and I was thinking of using cpl racing any thoughts on them thanks

Sounds like a shot pcv valve. If you give the pipe on the inlet manifold a quick squeeze does the noise disappear?
