Induction problem

Took my car to the garage for him to tell me that my hks kit is suffering from heat soak and I’m not getting any cold air to it as it’s only sucking in hot engine air , even with the stock pipe from the stock air box

He said I need a different kit ? Or filter

I thought the HKS RSK kit was made for the CTR ??? Bought from tegiwa

What are my options?

Thanks in advance

It is for the Fn2. If you are not happy with it you can flog it, if you want a kit then the tegiwa airbox and tract is decent but not if you want noise. There's one for sale on here.

I had HKS RSK, Gruppe M, Injen CAI and hondata modded box during my Fn2 ownership.

You will suffer from heat soak when stationary with most of the kits. However when youre on the move, its a different story then.

He said that air is getting in but it’s just hitting the back flat plastic part of the filter not the mesh part at front
