One more... suspension

So my front suspension has knocked for a while and I’m considering replacing it all. The last suspension I bought was for my puma back in my girl racer days. These days I’m a mother of one with little knowledge of the correct terminology. So what should I be asking for quote wise. Is it just springs or is there more?

As a footnote I’m just spending money on a new miltek exhaust and I’m hoping to keep the car for another few years. (I’ve already owned it for 5 years).

Have you done any analysis on what's causing the knock?

It may simply be a drop link or ARB bush?

As above most likely just an ARB or a drop link. Does the Type R not also suffer from a Sub Frame Knock too?

It does, often referred to a a clicking though. Simple fix with grease or you can buy the bolt collar inserts.
