what for power ?

I'm looking to upgrade the power of my car, Iv'e got a HKS intake and a Cobra cat back.

I'm going to get MJC decat manifold and a ECUTEK remap I'm looking at throttle bodies and manifolds but
you can get a J35 66-64 or J37 78-70 throttle body and a RRC manifold and a RRC 70mm manifold.

Is there much point in the J37 and the RRC70mm or would the J35 and matching manifold be OK for around 220-230bhp ??
