Brembo caliper question

Probably being a bit thick here.
A brembo 4 pot caliper set, is it universal or are there 4 pots for each specific car? I read about 350z brembo, dc5 brembo etc. Ta.

Calipers can have slight differences, mainly how much rotor thickness / diameters etc they can accept.
I'm not 100% sure if mounting locations differ on between calipers themselves but believe they do with newer gen ones, like a DC5 one should bolt on but FK8 won't etc.

For example the Megane RS kits are Brembo but iirc the current newer Brembos accept much bigger discs so mount up differently. When I was searching before my Stoptechs the Brembos all looked the same but were slightly different here and there hence why I gave up and nearly bought a pre-made kit.

The brakes are something I want to get sorted, I'll start with a fluid change, got some ate 200. If I am still not happy I might treat myself to a kit. Trouble is I want the remap first.
