Changing gearbox oil

I have a 2009 CW with 90K on it, and not sure when the gear oil was last changed. I will be doing this myself (having not done anything like this befre) but have read into the process. In regards to the drain plug, is it necessary to replace it and the washer? Or can it be cleaned and reused assuming there is no major damage to it?

Also for the engine oil sump plug and washer, do I need to replace these?

thanks

ok cheers. Is it 14mm rings for both engine oil sump plug and transmission?

With cleaning the plugs for both, will just a bit of brake clean and brushing suffice? Is there any need to put lubricants on it.

When refilling (use honda Mtf3 - approx 1.7 litres) use some clear tubing, around 1.5m and use a funnel from the engine bay. Much easier than going at it from the wheel arch.
