Ive just bought a type r badge to go on the rad grill.
The instructions that came with it tell you to take off the whole bumper to get at the back of the grill, which seems a bit excessive just to fit a badge.
Is it possible to get at the back by just taking the black cowling off in the engine bay.
Ade

You could probably just glue it or stick it with some adhesive tape.

yeah you can just take the cowl off and get behind the grill, if you have skinny hands its no problem to fit it but if your hands are abit like mine then be ready for scrapes and blood haha

Just managed it and I see what you mean about taking a bit of skin off lol.
Also every plastic popper that holds the cowl on broke cos of age and the cold. Luckily I had a load of spares in the garage.
