Rear suspension creak

Recently had both shocks on the rear replaced, all been good until the last week where it sounds like something is not right at the rear passenger side.
When I just pulled up from work I mounted the curb and the rear passenger side made like a dull knock. I've been bouncing in the boot and there is a creak, I've also had my hand under the bumper as if I'm lifting the car up and again I can recreate this noise.

Could this be spring gone or shock again ?

I get this, only seems to be when the handbrake is applied though.

Try pulling te handbrake on an extra notch or 2, if it doesn't go, soak the bushes

Yeah I've tried the handbrake thing yesterday, tbh I always pull it as far up as poss anyway.
I've just been back to the place who changed the shocks for me, they say its ok its not the shock gone.
I beginning to really wonder if I make these noises up I really am

My uncle had the same problem with his Civic and it ended up being the shock.
