What's inside a new tyre?

Today I rotated the wheels on my car. Car is 16 months old ,has done 7500 miles, and I have never had to top up the air. I checked today and they were all at 31/32 so pumped up to 34 psi.
So do Honda put Nitrogen in new tyres or what, as I have never had a car so good at keeping air in the tyres !
(When I say rotated I mean from front to back, not rotated round which is what wheels are meant to do )
