Help, I have a civic ex with sat nav, which reverse camera version should I buy? Pal format or NTSC format does it matter and why?

Don't know if this is the right place to post a question, but I want to replace the door on the glove box. I have taken out all the screws that I can see but the box won't come out. Can anyone advise please?
