Wet Rear Seatbelt

Hi has anyone had a problem with a damp rear seatbelt (Drivers side). I found the seatbelt wet - the more you pulled it out the wetter it was+ roof area around airbag and seatbelt was wet too. Any help / ideas would be a great help.

Thanks

Eco display
Open the boot and check the rubber tube which protects the wiring going from the tailgate into the car. Make sure the rubber is seated against the body.
