I am trying to find the best/easiest way to change my front and rear bumper plus side skirts to colour coded (silver) can anyone help?

Hi Has anyone put on a Type S/R side skirts on a 5dr EX model? I've been told this is possible but would require 4 Type S/R wheel arch garnish's!? Where can I pick these up for on the cheap? Sorry, had to repost with the correct Title!
