Hi! I own a Honda CR-V RE6 2007 with the 2.2 i-ctdi N22A2. I want to try to make more than 250hp with this engine. I know that 250 is possible with custom mapping for the injectors. And I know that the injection system is the limit at this stage. Do you know if there is any way possible to upgrade the injection system in order to make over 250?
And if it is possible, how many hp will the stock internals would take?
I understand that financially is not making sense but I still want to try to do it.

Search for some posts from Relic. He really went into the power potential of the 2.2 cdti. From memory I think he calculated the turbo can only flow enough air to make 240 bhp if everything else is perfect. The biggest obstacle before you start is the clutch, there isn't anything reliable that can take the torque. Even if you do source a clutch then you'll be looking at a hybrid turbo which isn't as straight forward as it sounds, look for posts from a guy called Trevor7979. Getting someone to remap a hybrid isn't easy, a few have tried and all have issues/niggles.
