Does the 2003 Civic (EP2) 1.6 petrol (engine code D16V1) have a timing chain or belt?

If belt it is recommended changing it every 75,000 miles / 8 years. The car is very low mileage at only 20k. Should it still be done now?

Thanks.

It definitely has a belt - it was changed last week on my old EP2 because the car will be 8 years old in october (overhere it is either 150000 km or 8 years). I would change it regardless of the mileage.

No, only timing belt, tensioner and so called micro belt (at least that is what it says on the receipt, I guess it's the belt that drives the AC?).
