Ive had my NHB 2.2 diesel for 3 weeks now and i have to say im really pleased with it now.

After a shaky start after reading the woes on this forum i had wondered what the hell i had done, but now i love it, especially those moments when you can put your foot down and the sheer power makes you grin!!:D

Also after having polished and waxed it last weekend i can say its a gorgeous car, my girlfiend has nicknamed it "the beast"

So glad i did it now! cheers for everyones support and good comments.

Glad to hear that you're happy with the new car Andy.

I bought my Type R GT about 3 months ago and I'm still loving it.

I see so many around now its really strange. You always see to notice more of the type of car you have around when you have one yourself.

Some nice red ones near where i live.:D

see thats not too much of a problem for me (for long time hopefully). There aren't many silver type r gt's around here.

Plenty of red & black ones though

Good choice - and there aren't that many Civics around - so, they do still "stand out in a crowd" ! ...

As for the stone chips - yeeppp - it's an issue ... I eventually (even though mine wasn't bad at all) had the bonnet and front bumper resprayed with "proper" (nasty, smelly, toxic, solvent-based !) paint and so far so good ...

Believe it or not ... £850 ... Norwegian Prices ! - (independent specialist) ... the dealer here would have been even more expensive ...

I'd guess that you'd get it in the UK for less than half ? ...
