asda - 'noodle' washmitt & drying towel
cloths - costco ones on ebay (or straight from costco if you are a member..)
shampoo - autoglym bodywork shampoo
clay - meguiars kit
wax - well, the worlds your oyster with wax really, if you want something from halfords for example then autoglym HD is worth a look ;)
I can recommend the asda noodle mitt - great item - and definitely a good drying towel is the Wooly Mammoth drying towel - IMMENSE!
autoglym shampoo is great - B&Q had them on 3 for 2 @ £5 each last month...needless to say I purchased 3.
A good clay is bilt hamber that I use...just using water as lube as well!
If you are just after protection whack some wax on...the obsession starts and register over on Detailing World... I used a sponge 8 months ago... now i have a wide arsenal of products and tools!

this is true  ive been on there since '07 lol
its so addictive...I consider myself as an absolute Newbie... but some of the results people get on DW are actually Amazing!
I have had a go at correction and done a fair bit on the car... but some of their 50/50 shots over there are so good...
oh... have a look over on shinearama for detailing items.. great set of guys, based near Manchester but there delivery is very fast and well priced.. and they sometimes throw in free air freshners that are GREAT... I am on the same one since DECEMBER.. and you still notice it!
Hi mate; you asked in my other thread where I get my gear from - Meguiar's, Autoglym, Collinite, Insta Finish, Poorboy's, Dodo Juice, ValetPro, Einszett, Chemical Guys, Eurow, Lake, Kestrel, RainX - the best car care - Shinearama

Shampoo - Insta Finish Wash n Wax
Clay - Stjarnagloss Mild
Washmitt - Eurow Sheepskin
Wax - Naviwax is good for the soft Japanese paint, but there really is an endless amount to choose from. Ranging from as little as just £6 right the way up to Robbo's favourite waxes, which are £1k+

Myself (Magic Detail: Welcome) and Heavenly Detail from here both use Shinearama. They are my sole suppliers infact, unless I am desperate for a specific product and they don't have it.. which is pretty rare tbh!

You can get those (minus the polish) direct from Bilt Hamber for less than £30. Absolute bargain kit though I've not had chance to use it yet.
