I have a Civic sport with standard sound system( 4 speakers with front tweeters). My question is if there is possible to connect an aftermarket active subwoofer to the system. Do the head unit support that and if it does, is there cables pre-mounted back to where subwoofer is located on the premium audio system? I think it would be nice with a little more bass but isnt very keen to start demounting the interior. I´ve been looking through threads about sound system but havent found anything.

The stock HU has no pre outs for a sub.

If this active sub has speaker level inputs, it should be pretty straight forward, just intercept the rear speaker wires (there's a thread somewhere showing which ones and where) and feed the sub from them. The hardest bit will be getting power to it. You'll need run a thick 8 gauge power cable through the bulk head to the battery and a short black earth to the car body somewhere.
