Air Compressor Change - Blown Something

Hey,

So I just had a clutch change and decided to replace the air compressor as that died several years ago.

Having spent just under £1000 for both within an hour I lost all my air vents completely. No cold air, no hot air, no air con, nothing.

I'm not fully confident the air con place did the job properly but I'm not clued up enough to know any different.

Could it be a fuse? The fan motor thing?

It's definitely not ice blocking it and it's not my pollen filter for sure.

It was intermittently blowing powerful and less powerful whilst making a little hissing sound briefly before something died.

I haven't had heating for almost a week now and I'm cold with a hot water bottle in my car.

I've read through all the previous forums but it could be multiple things, right? Or no?

1. Fan Motor thingy.
2. A fuse.

I'm not getting any air blowing out of anywhere.

Please can anybody tell me what it might be and is it expensive? lol

Blower motor fuse is number 19 in the fuse box under the bonnet.
