Found this bolt in the drivers footwell this afternoon.Had a quick look but couldn't see any obvious places it might have come from!!! Drove the car home and everything seems fine.
Had the car at Western Honda for a small job yesterday and told them to check my clutch ( yeah got the dreaded click and squeak!!!!) they confirmed what we already know, a new master cylinder, and apart from that the car got a clean bill of health,so I'm a bit stymied as to where the bolt has come from!!! Anyone got any ideas?
Cheers.

I would check the pedal box bolts are all in place. They may have looked at the clutch pedal mounting when checking the master cylinder. Also check any steering column bolts.

Problem sorted mate,many thanks.
It was one of 2 bolts that had come of the clutch mechanism. It must have worked loose as this was what was causing the "clicking" too.
Got inside the footwell this morning with a torch and eventually found the bolt less hole!!!!
Bolt refitted, and no more clicking clutch....result!!!:D
Cheers mate,;)
