Can anyone tell me if the type s badge is stuck on or pinned on, 59 plate type s gt.

It's stuck on mate. If your wanting to de-badge it, it's a piece of cake. i did mine the other month.

Cheers guys, ive been told to use the hairdryer method or warm water to soften the adhesive, is this the best way.

Yep & dental floss or similar to put behind the badge & then pull it AWAY from the car. Tardis then should get rid of the residue. Don't fprget to wsh the Tardis off after.
