Frankly any good quality oil to the right grade & spec will do.

I personally use Millers 5w40 nanodrive fully synthetic.

I've been running Millers XF premium 0w40 for a couple of years now having used Millers 5w40 nanodrive CFS NT+ before and found the engine revs better with the 0w40

I you track your car or seriously hooning on b roads than millers 5-40 nt+.
If occasionally vtecing then shell ultra 5-40 or even amsoil signature series 5-30 will suffice, especially on colder months.

Shell Helix Ultra 5w40 or Motul 8100 X-CESS 5w40 works fine for me. Millers CFS 5w40 doesn't for some reason. I've not tried 5w40 offerings from Fuchs, Castrol, Mobil or Petronas.
