Does anyone know the recommended thickness when these should be changed?

Both front and rears.

Trying to work out how worn mine are and when they will need replacing.

Really? I thought New discs came as 25-23mm thickness

New discs for the FN2 are 25mm.

Normal wear tolerance is is 1-1.5mm per face for discs as a rule of thumb.

Edit

I forget how thick the rears are but the same rule applies.

9mm new 8mm minimum
