Hi guys , not sure if im in the right section or not , but basically I was hit by a bus today and it damaged my back right wheel arch , just scrapped all the plastic and some minor damage to the bumper.

the bus stopped took pictures of my bunper and got back in her bus and drove off , lucky for me i took the plate and reported it to the police.

i'm doubting that the bus company will pay out for this , so was wondering how much it costs to replace and how easy it is if anyone knows ?

only had the car a month , it's my baby , im devestated :(

Thanks all

(it is now;))

Really sorry to hear about your accident. Surely this is an insurance issue? Do you have any photo's?

Tis a b-gger mate.
I had a Bus rear end my car years ago, as the driver admitted that his brakes failed.
My Insurance paid for it all ( big job, as the engine was at the back.)
It took them over 6 months to recover the dosh from the Bus Company, in fact, it only came through about 3 weeks before my insurance renewal date.
The rear bumper is only £100 colour painted, but for the rest we need some photo's.
