Would welcome all guidance on how to replace a cabin air filter on a 2.2cdti 2006 honda civic - UK model. Lots of general conversations on the internet take me to US models. Or if anyone can point me to the service manual I can view/buy online would be apprecaited.

The cabin filter is in the passenger footwell. The glove box has a panel clipped to the under side of it . 3 clips along the front, 2 further back i think then it pulls backwards from the forward bulkhead clip. Once the panel is down look to the back right of the footwell, then upwards. right up there, at the back of the heater box is the cabin filter housing. It is long and thin, standing upright. should just unclip and the filter will pull out.

If you buy a civinfo sticker and become a supporter for the pricely sum of £5, you can get access to the civic service manual.
