The judder is minimal. Only had mine fitted 3 weeks ago and it's coping very well with the stage 2 EGR delete remap. No slipping at all and handling no problem with the massive power increase and torque.
I just make sure i give it a bit more rev in 1st & 2nd and you hardly notice.
Given the choice between the so called revised clutch from Honda (don't make me laugh) and the CG sports clutch it's a no brainer in my opinion.

Mine has the modified Honda clutch and the same map as you and I've had no slip either.... So far! Good idea though about the clutch test drives!
If you got it replaced under warranty then i don't blame you.
I didn't and there was no way i was giving Honda any more of my hard earned cash for a fault they refuse to aknowledge:cool:

Coste1l - can you answer me one thing (if you know):
Somewhere here I read that CG Motorsport using 325 clutch and than make from it their 6 paddle? Is it right?
And if is, why on their ebay.uk page showing with very little green letters under the tel number):
22105-PGE-315

I thought that from 325 clutch is Pressure Plate much better/stronger...or is it just in material used than on Clutch Disc - see Milu from Austria - only new material and 500NM Torque ??
(they hate me probably because my detective work...but i only want to know more..)

I have been running this clutch for some time now on my CRV with torque engine outputs estimated between 378 - 410 ft lbs depending on which map I'm running.

I do believe the 6 paddle metalic/ceramic clutch plate on mine was hand built, fitted along with a 325 pressure plate, release bearing and new DMF.

Like Lee I now have a smooth clutch action as it bedded in, it's still not quite up to the original, but it is being asked to take a much higher loading through AWD!

Recommend CG Motorsport to everyone who is wanting to go the stage 2 or custom re-map route.
It works!

Have just been speaking to Linda at CG Motorsport.
She's confirmed that the 6 paddle clutch kit sold is the same hand built unit that is fitted to my car. They have been kept busy fitting these and thank us for giving them the support we have.

They have also developed a Kevlar unit with a slotted pressure plate which is stronger than OEM replacement. That is available now if you phone them up about it.
Ideal for those who don't want to go the 'full monty' with tuning.
