I fitted mine in the boot and took a feed from the rear passenger speaker, splicing a cable in and running under the carpet. I removed my Airbox to drill a hole through the bulkhead and install a grommet for the positive feed. My Neutral feed was placed under the rear seat bolt.

FYI this was for fitting an infinity Basslink in the boot. Not particularly recommended as it's not a good fit, and I had to make a weird block to angle the sub so I could access the 'hidden boot' (therefore I could have probably made an enclosure to fit perfectly for similar cost and time...)

Remote wire can run off rear cig lighter
Bad idea it'll drain your bat, mine will. Remote live is meant to power the sub on and off when you want it otherwise it'll run 24/7.

Run the power cable inside the wing following the how to on here, makes life easier took me like 25 minutes to run all the cables :)

yeah but you have no means of shutting it off from the front, ergo you can't turn the sub on or off so parked up it'll just keep sapping power... :/

^^ +1 You usually have a remote wire output out of most aftermarket head units, don't know about the Honda one, I've never had mine out.

For your RCA leads, I doubt it will have RCA outputs on the standard head unit. You probably will either have to buy a head unit with RCA outs, or use a device like this: FLI line level converter to convert your rear speaker outputs to line level so they can be fed into the Amp for your sub.
