I've looked and looked and looked but can't find it anywhere!

Can anyone tell me the minimum thickness for the front discs? Halfrauds told me all four discs (and all pads need changing). The rear look quite worn and the pads definitely need changing but the front don't look that bad at all.

I've got a caliper to measure them so wanted to check before doing anything else! I've looked all over the net but can't find the minimum thickness for the original honda discs.

Any help at all is appreciated!!

For what model/year?

Most of the vendors show the spec's online when purchasing, to ensure you have the correct bits. Although I just checked MTEC and they don't list the 9th gen Civic?

@FreakyParts, Stuart can you assist with rotor thickness for a 9th gen Civic? - haha, you beat me to it!

As above ;) I believe the 9th Gen mostly share the 8th Gen disc setup. Get your measuring stick out to check the diameter.
Rule of thumb is vented have 2mm from new to worn, solid have 1mm.

Thanks for the help guys, it's a 2012 ex.

The diameter of the rotor is approx 306mm, is vented and is down to 23.8 thickness. What would the original thickness have been?
