took the ctr up the cat&fiddle road today, most of you will know or would have heard of this road ,it now has average speed cameras on it and a 50mph speed limit but dont let that put you off ,if you come from the maccelsfield side and get a clear run you can still have great fun inside the speed limit, trust me its still fun at that speed, just make sure you stop in the cat&fiddle car park for a while as the next specs camera is just past there and it helps with your average, now before i get told off I AM NOT CONDONING SPEEDING ON THE PUBLIC HIGHWAY , go early morning or at dusk and enjoy:police:take care

There's loads of great roads around there, absolutely fantastic riding/driving! It's just a shame about the cameras. There is a way around it for those in the know though ?

Awesome road.

140 on the back of someones motor bike, little less awesome
When your 6 foot and and their only 5 foot and tuck into the wind. And you nearly get blown off the back...even less awesome.

Still, great views and a lovely piece of tarmac.

And woodhead pass. Judging by the holes in the wall next to the ravine a lot of people have gone a little too fast. I can't wait until summer comes round again.?

The A13 into London is all average speed camers now, and its for miles, you still get muppets over taking you and giving you dirty looks. I'll get the last laugh!
