Just came out the house and found next doors cat sat on my car roof. Any ideas how to stop this happening???
Obviously the convertible is warmer than a metal roof but don't want to put the car away if I am planning on going out again.

live the cat there ... it will not make any damage to the spray .... if you try to scare it away, it will be afraid and make scratch the spray with the claws

Get a cat yourself... one like this should do:

Sure you can get spray from pet stores that repels pets, I have some I use on some items of furniture to prevent the puppy chewing them.

I have 5 boxers, Bitch(Mum) and 4 pups - When they got to their chewing stage we bought some ''Anti Chew'' spray.. But we have a slightly 'slow' dog from the litter, Ernie we called him. (Lovely guy, had to keep him).

So they decided to chew some bits up. (Door frames went, whole sofa went, fireplace went.. and a few other bits) so once when they started chewing, we popped some 'Anti Chew' spray on a bit of half-chewed door frame, 20-30 seconds after doing this Ernie decided he preferred it without the Anti Chew spray and licked it off.

I'm sorry for going off topic, just thought I'd share this with you as sometimes some repellents don't work.. heheh

But, as a lover of animals i hope you don't resort to anything too harsh! :)

Oh and Merry Christmas.
