Met up with a new owner who has only had his CWE a few weeks! Although already Civinfo has done its job and he purchased a HKS RSK from ABP. Good lad :D

Mainly a chat about cars lol!

Some good comparison pics between the CWE and M200 too...

He is interested in mods that give power but not too much noise :D perhaps a trip out in Staffs Deltic's car is on the cards.

Stoke does have some members fellow Stokies!!

He's interested in power with no noise and he bought an HKS intake? Bit contradictory that...
He is happy with the intake, just doesnt want the drone of a loud exhaust, Milltek etc.

That was the conclusion he came to after being taken out in mine lol!

I said HKS or the Tegiwa would be perfect for him..

Also I said power and not too much noise, not none. The HKS RSK fits this description...

I can read yes, but the GM for example makes more power and makes an awesome noise and isn't as loud...appears it fits the description better ;)
But its much more expensive! Im not getting into another HKS vs GM debate on this thread..

Anyway, he has already bought and fitted the intake and likes it, enough said!

Has there been arguments about that? I'm not bothered about what's better I'm simply pointing out that if it's relatively quiet and power that he wants GM is a very good option

Have you owned the Milltek? At part throttle its not that loud tbh, it's only loud when you plant your foot, the martelius isn't that loud tho, I'm on planet Meercat mate ;) 178db at idle :p

I had Milltek for 18 months...

There is a big difference when the HKS is £300 and GM £1,000, its not worth it.

The Martelius is exceptionally loud. Not heard anything louder yet.
I have the bleeding ears to prove after few months worth of ownership haha
My dyno run to quash any hearsay :p

haha good fun, I would love us all to get together and just go out for a drive. Huge entertainment factor there :)
