Hi,

Need a little help.

I've a Civic SE i-CDTI 2.2 ltr. Its at approx 41miles and its due for its next servicing.

Starts with no problems - all been very good however today two lights came on together. Both the Check System light and the Glow Plugs.

It has been very cold and i've seen that there are suggestions that this could cause a problem which I find quite odd. But then again I know nothing about cars!

Any ideas what it might be????

I had this problem a few days ago.
My engine oil was low which triggered the two warning lights.
i topped up oil but had to go honda main dealer for reset dash fault light as well as a sofware download which cost me £51-RIP OFF (Avondale Honda).

If oil isn't the issue the fault will show on diagnostics as "oil pressure sensor fault" i had it a few months back, pain in the ass.

Anyone with a decent diagnostic machine can wipe the codes

The glow plug and check system lights come on for anything fuel related too.
