Check system is often a low battery.

Would your mileage and road type be applicable ?
I just changed my battery 4months ago before my first emission test, though i took the negative cable out for 5mins after i also changed my o2 sensor. this symbol just showed after i got bumped while a car was reversing out of parking but it only hit my plate and i jerk a little. No damage was done to the car just a little scratch on my plate number not even visible.

My km is at 83k roadtype is city and highway
Maybe worth mentioning to your local Honda garage when you next take your car in for servicing, they can check it out and reset it

There may be a damaged crash sensor behind the bumper in the impact, not enough to deploy the airbags now showing as a fault but not necessarily show the airbag fault on the dash!
It's the bonnet pedestrian protection system. If it has not lifted then it most likely jus t a senior issue. But only Honda dealer can sort or reset that.
