Hi, I own a Civic 2006 FN FK 8thgen with 1339cc motor.

When the motor is cold it drives perfectly, but when the motor is hot when the car needs power (mostly between 2000 en 3000RPM) then the car stutters for a second.
I already changed the 8! Spark plugs but no result. Also when i used a injection cleaner the problem still occurs...

Any idea what problem this is?

Many thanks in advance

Paul

That could be a MAF sensor issue.

Get it plugged in to see what the live data says
I hooked it up (with torque and bluetooth dongle) and it says:

"MID: $01 TID:¤87
O2 Bank 1 Sensor 1 Test incomplete or dependant test failed"

Is this an error?

Hey! I am facing the same problem between 2 and 3k rpm
Sometimes it gives pops aswell.
Does anyone have any answer for that issue?
I changed the 8 spark plugs for the iridium ones, cleaned the air intake, cleaned the EGR and after that even also disabled the EGR valve.. I can see the car handles better but still stutters when i am going up a road or when i put the gas to the floor...
Please let me know if you already have an answer.. have a nice weekend.
From Portugal with love. 😁
