Hi Guys,

So I've had a quick look on here about springs, but I don't have much time to trawl through thread after thread.

Basically, My front N/S spring has snapped, so i need a replacement.

Do I buy a Cheap one from Ebay (£20/30)
Do I buy one from my local motor factors (£50/60)
Do I buy 2 (one for each side)
Or
Do I buy a lowering kit (£££?)

Some people say they prefer the Lowering Kit as it improves handling
Some people say they prefer the ride quality of OEM (even though it isn't the best to begin with)

If i do go for the Lowering kit - Which ones?

Sorry to ask this as i know there is a lot of info on the forum, I Just don't have the time to look.

Thanks guys!

Just an update,

I managed to spend some time on here last night (tired eyes and all that)

and seen that a few people have ordered the Eibach springs from a German company for a lot less delivered than most other places.

So i thought **** it... and bought these.

Eibach Federn Pro-Kit Honda Civic VIII Hatchback (FN,FK) 2.2 CTDI ab Bj. 01.06 | eBay

A few back and forth offers and settled at €127 + €25 shipping (£123/124)

So my next question is Braided lines.

Is this set ok?

They appear to be Hel lines which is what most people on here seam to use, I think you'd be just fine with them, seams like everything is included in the kit.
