Hey guys I'm hoping someone can help me fine the cause.

The dials,Speedo, radio lights , interior lights are all flashing on and off when driving or when ignition is on. Car has no problem starting.

I've tried everything and hope that someone has had the same issue so I can try and solve mine. Here is a video of what it is doing

The battery is full and I've cleaned all grounds under engine bay.
