Hi All,

I've managed to get hold of a space saver spare wheel but have a question about alternative tyre sizes.

The original size would be 135/80 but I've managed to source a 125/90 tyre which in terms of diameter should be around 1cm larger in comparison (my very basic calculations).

Is there any extra space around a regular 135/80 tyre in the boot compartment to allow for the extra 1cm diameter I'd need?

It's a tight fit as standard, but I don't recall having to jump on it to fit it in.
I believe ? that you will just be O.K. mate

All done. Just to confirm, a 125/90/R16 spare does indeed fit in the wheel compartment.
