Anyone received tickets and passes yet? The confirmation email says they'll be dispatched no later then 2 weeks before the event. Should have them by now right?

I've received mine but they won't open up. Says it's not a proper pdf format. Might worth checking yours open up properly.

Seems (from Japfest FB page) a lot of people are having similar problems! Read that the tickets and passes can only be downloaded once and most are corrupt. Not tried downloading mine yet until I have printer access. Anyone else on here having similar problems?
