This is a bit of a weird one and I only noticed it today.

When I set it to high. The air coming out the vents is hot as you would expect, but when I set it to 28 for example the air coming out is only luke warm at best.. Certainly not 28 degrees :/ Has my temp sensor inside the car packed in you think ? And how do I test/change it ?

Any ideas on this one would be much appreciated ?

Are you using "auto" or just setting the temperature and using the manual fan control?
If the latter then the in-car temperature sensor won't matter as it should just chuck out air at 28 until you're dying of the heat and you have to turn it down.

Good point fella about the sensor.

Yea if I set it to 28 and put the manual blowers on it comes out barely warm :(

Is your car upto operating temperature ?
The heater cant getting any hotter than the engine temps allow.

The idea of climate control is to keep the cabin at 28c if that what you ask.....if it needs to blow cold air out to do that then it will.
Hi setting...I would think switches off the cabin temperature control and blows as hot as possible.

There's a test procedure in the WIKI try that and see if it reveals anything. with this procedure you can test various parameeters and see if sensors are giving a reasonable indication.
