I had my clutch master cylinder& pedal box replaced under warranty to cure this common fault, don,t be fobbed off by dealer, take it back and ask for it to be replaced if you are still under warranty

On my last civic (08) I had my master cylinder replaced and three new pedal boxes under warranty ( two as original and one modified) to cure the prroblem.

Unfortunately there are several different faults causeing this problem, my pedal used to click about 75% of travel, not clunk at the bottom so this sound could be normal??........

Had my clutch master cylinder changed under warranty due to groaning noise when depressing the pedal and holding it on biting point. This was last June. Pretty sure it is starting to happen again.

TBH i think im just going to have to settle on the clutch being a bit noisey lol.

Nothing like my old alfa GT though... horrible very stiff and noisey clutch was like an on/off switch
