So annoyingly there's a hole in the pipe that comes straight from my slave meaning my clutch doesn't hold pressure at all.

Someone how it moved slightly and started rubbing against the fork. See image:

I've tried silicon tape and still no good (I'm assuming this is because of how much pressure is in the pipe)

Anyone know where I can find this pipe?

The part numbers are all the label in that picture so google should be your friend. However, thats nothing more than a bit of brake pipe so any garage should be able to fabricate that for you in about 10 minutes flat. Assuming the car is undrivable just remove it and take it too them so they can copy it.
