In all honesty, it matters very little what brand, and there's not a lot of difference between 5w-30 and 5w-40. Any fully synthetic, well regarded oil with either of those viscosities would be fine.
If your engine uses a lot of oil, go with 5w-40. If not, go with either.

Castrol Edge 0w-30 as that is what Honda recommend anyways ;)

0w 30 is way too thin, even if honda do recommend it. I use castrol edge 5w30 but will be going for a 5w 40 when it's due a change.

I'll likely use Shell Helix Ultra 5w 40 for my next service.

Viscosity-wise you're looking at 5w-40 (but you can get away with 5w-30 if your fn2 doesn't burn oil). I wouldn't suggest straying from either of these two.

As for brand I go for Millers CFS Nanodrive but the Fuchs stuff is really good as well (probably just as good).

Shell Helix is decent it's just not amazing more of a budget option, and Castrol Edge is the same except not budget - overpriced for what it does.

Mine was using a lot of Mobil 1 5W-40, since switching to Fuchs it's improved a lot & I haven't had to top up in 3 months now.
Your mileage may vary, maybe it's unrelated etc. but I know I wouldn't go back to a generic supermarket brand.
