I know this topic gets covered quite a lot - But are these any good (for daily driving)? I'm about to hit the 'Buy' button:

Also, got a broken bolt on the front wheel (got the car like it) - Is now the perfect time to replace it (whilst I have the caliper and disc off?)

They should be fine, i'm using very similar disks and those pads matey


My only gripe is the pads, they are amazing 95% of the time!
but when you get them REALLY hot, they fade like nobodies business...
They come back really quick too, but it's my only issue!

If you're going to be using them for the daily drive and the odd blast they'll do you perfectly

If you plan on extended heavy usage of the brakes they might not be much use pal!

So you might want to ask them if they can upgrade the pads to the mintex fast road pads, i think they're called redbox or something like (cant remember off the top of my head)

They stop you, but something in the compound makes them squeal a bit, it seems.

And yes, I do use plenty of copper grease.

Had these discs fitted 2 weeks ago along with streetmaster pads and new lines. Now have a great set up. I was nervous about the discs as they are so cheap. Though some lads on an alfa forum race with them. So far very good, and the black that remains looks cool.

Just to add, I went for dimpled and grooved in plack. Hope this helps.
