Need some advise:

In order to adjust the Dash/Speedo Dimmer Button, the need to depress it and then it "Pops" up allowing you to turn both clock and anti clockwise. However, after adjusting it, when I tried to depress it back, it doesn't stay in and feels like some locking mechanism is not in place. Now, it is at the "Popped" up position...Any idea how to solve this?

And also, how difficult or any pointers to remove the Dash to access the back.

Many thanks in advance for the kind advise.

If it won't lock back into place I'd guess either something blocking it or the mechanisms bust.
I think it's easy enough to get the dash off, just be VERY careful with it, it can scratch just by looking at it...

Thanks guys for your advise...

I would too but thought if I could rectify this myself. Mine is under warranty, but don't want to send the car in for 1 full day just to sort a button...

Anyway, thanks again!

Perhaps I am just fussy on such things and technically if it is "broken", I should fix it... Lol.

But hey, thanks for all the advise! Cheers!

I am a fuss pot.
I need to be with my job, but some things are really not worth bothering with when it comes to cars and can end up doing more damage than you started with.
If it still works don't fix it, I would suggest.

Yeah... Thanks again.

Still trying to figure how to remove the dash panel... Perhaps the keywords to search the forum is wrong?

Agreed. I'll be sending my car to the local dealer to claim some warranty, will highlight this to them and get them to do it instead. Thanks for the advise guys!

Cheers!

Had same problem with mine and it was sticking, took it back and they had to replace the entire rev cluster as it is part of the module.
