Hi folks. My dash has been making a really bad rattle for about a month now and it's driving me insane - sounds like an old computer hard drive clicking and scratching away coming from around the speedo unit. Can only think a screw has come loose. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? Or even know how much it would cost for the dash to be taken apart and reassembled?

Have a look in the 'how to' section and look at windscreen cowling fix. Sounds like that is you problem.

Fingers crossed for you - I had an annoying rattle from the same region and I refused to believe it was the cowl... until I applied the fix and it went away!
