Hello all

Insurance is due end of the month so started shopping around.
Paid just shy of 1200 quid last year.

Refreshed some of the quotes held within the database, but added the additional years no claims in and this brought down the price to just shy of 1000.

Happy with this- 200 pound saving from last year!

However, i realised iv since had the eibachs on the car so thought it was probably wise to add these. Refreshed again adding the moodification and my two top quotes . Churchill and Admiral will no longer give me a quote and my cheapest is now £1296 through elephant.

Why and how they can charge an extra 300 quid for adding lowering springs?
Currently got a quote pending with Greenlight and have declared eibachs with them also.

Anywhere else i can try? Would be happy with a sub 1k quote eibachs declared.

Greelight was ALOT cheaper for me this time. I'd stay clear of elephant, you might find them difficult to deal with in the event of a claim

I'm with greenlight and can't fault them so far, cheapest quote I had plus premium doesn't go up for mods just pay a £25 admin fee to add them so I brought the parts and fitted them all at same time and just pay a one off £25. The only time it increases the premium is if I increase the Bhp over 40 oh and incase of an accident parts are replaced like for like :D
