For some reason, i never clicked that it wasn't for an IntegraYou don't want DC5 disks.
You need 300mm S2000 disks to go with the DC5 calipers.
DC5 pads though.
We thought about doing that as we keep in stock slim spacers, but you would have to machine down the diameter to fit the centre bore of the disc. We had a brief word with a local machine shop and they seemed happy enough to sort something. We just don't get a lot of call for them.Ok thanks Rich
Would be easier to skim 0.5mm off the mounting arms or shim the disk.
Can you get 0.5~1mm full plate stainless shims that would fit between disk and hub ?
That would work and save a lot of messing around.
I think Relic has answered your question above but i can source EBC items in S2000 fitment that would do the job.could you recommend a disc for me then, mostly road but the occasional track day say 1-2times . I thought the s2000 discs were 300mm? And the integra were 320mm?
Id probably travel up to you guys to fit this kit and put the discs and pads on.
114 for the front set?
How much for rear bearing in mind im keeping the rear standard so it will be 2.2 standard caliper on rear?
We've never used them or supplied them so it'd be difficult to comment. I guess you must have read good things somewhere to have looked for them?DBA Street Series Brake Disc - DRILLED (Pair) Front Vented DBA482XP | clark motorsport
are these going to ok for track days or will they end up being baked like bread? Lol
Could you find out a price for 0.5mm shims with about a 5mm offset from the center bore and outside hub diameter ?We thought about doing that as we keep in stock slim spacers, but you would have to machine down the diameter to fit the centre bore of the disc. We had a brief word with a local machine shop and they seemed happy enough to sort something. We just don't get a lot of call for them.
Ok, in that case some prices for the EBC, available in either 'Ultimax' or 'Dimpled and Grooved' are s2000 fronts @ £191.50 and rears @ 110.00 inc VAT.well i put a thread up in here and thats what i got back, i dont mind not going with them its just i want a disc that will do fast road and a survive a track day. But im getting the brembos due to getting the stage 2 map from celtic but then upgrading to the stage 3 which is 230bhp when i have the money for the new turbo.
As you would have better knowledge than i, as long as its a good disc and will keep the track day and fast road im happy
It doesn't really work out cost effective to just do a set, that's the only problem. We'd have to bulk buy and machine a good few pairs to get a decent price and we'd be struggling to find homes for them i'm sure.Could you find out a price for 0.5mm shims with about a 5mm offset from the center bore and outside hub diameter ?
Little on the thin side but should be enough to stop the binding with new pads which is the main issue.
Must be able to sell a few if you are the only place making them if people knew you had them ?
FRS without springs, but using bolts in the front and a maximum of 4 shims in the back would be £224.00 inc labour, parts and VAT. It could well be less than that though as we usually only use 2 shims.well tbh im struggling to find prices for them, but im thinking of you guys sorting it to put the set up on aswell- hopefully, will buy the set up in next month. How much will be FRS? As id ve traveling up 2hrs may aswell get most things done lol
Is that £184 for the Eibach diesel Pro kit? That's our price including next day shipping. We charge £174.00 for the springs and just £10.00 for UPS' 24 hour courier.id probs go with the eibach Springs with the frs, but if you can beat the 184 quid for the springs?
