does anyone on this forum own a Yellow CTR ???

I just saw one on ebay and think it looks awesome in that colour !!!

Didn't know it exists in yellow, must be a one off, limited edition ?

I would imagine it was resprayed by the owner.

That car was talked about ages ago..was on show at autosport at the start of jan 2011..nice spec as well..seen a feature of it on redline too

That yellow was long time ago all around on internet...have it also like wallpaper long ago...also I read all around about other things that people dont know-but internet is so opened and full of informations you need.

I'm not sure if you'be noticed, but the internet's pretty big.

Unless I specifically searched for a yellow Type R 'a long time ago' then it's unlikely I would have seen it.

YES! It is really big!
But right at google under pictures you put in search "civic type r" - and it is there - hope that this is not so far to dig it..

But why would a search for a yellow one if I don't even know it exists?

I've got the redline feature on it somewhere, I think the owner bought it new and then took it back into Honda and said he wanted it done in the same Yellow as the S2000 so it was fully resprayed. Like Lee I saw it at Autosport / Pistonheads a few years back, the only thing that would put me off is the guy blew the engine in it so its been rebuilt...

I have seen this one in the flesh last year at Jap fest (castle coombe) it also did 2 laps of the track.... it was mint and had been re-sprayed by a specialist..
