[Foulsmell]

In the distant future, due to other mods, I am going to change the colour of the wheels to anthracite. I think it would be a nice touch to have the door handles and fuel cap done in the same colour.
Has anyone done this or can recommend the best way to approach it.

I would say powder coating

But i have never done such things so i am only guessing on what is best.

Just plasti-kote plastic primer, gloss black and laquer from B&Q. These are the only pics I've got at moment.

Finish was really nice actually. Fuel cap was easy to do but handles were a bit of a chew masking up etc Bugt was worth it

I know that it is no good for the fuel cap but you could wrap the door handles. I did mine in satin finish black vinyl to match other trim.

I had mine done by a pro cost £90 in custom gunmetal flake to match my alloys, but was 2 years ago when i bought the car. He just masked everything up

That's what I want to do, match the alloys when I get them done. How's it looking now after 2 yrs? Any signs of it coming off?
