Door Rubber

Hi,
I just noted that on both of my doors, on the bottom part of the doors the rubber sticks out .... is this normal are I need to fix it?

In the attached photo it should be visible

Remove the kick plate and relocate the seal back onto the sill.

That's if it hasn't split.

what is a "kick plate" ?
Took mine to the stealers for that very problem...saw a brand spanking new one in showroom with same problem...they said it was common and stuck some sort of double sided tape on it under warranty and its been perfect since...

I think first I will take your suggestion .... or will wait a bit more and ask the dealer when the car will be called to replace the clutch master cylinder.
