1st Id get the K&N and then see if airlfow actually increases or drops with the K&N (OEM fibre panel easy ourtflows BMC & Pipercross on the diesel).
2nd I'd get the Mugen/Tegiwa Intake garnish, dump all the resonator gear and run flex hose fom the garnish straight to the airbox.
I wouldnt do any of this without OBDII datalogging gear to make sure it was working.
